Understanding the capabilities of each of SAP Business One’s modules will enable you to maximize its use in managing your operations.

In order to familiarize yourself with your software and optimize its use, here is a series of links providing you with a basic training course on SAP Business One (SAP Learning Journey), as well as detailed documentation on all SAP Business One modules and functionalities.

The SAP Learning Journey offers a structured learning path for new users of SAP Business One, starting with the basics and progressing to more advanced topics according to the needs and the specific roles. These trainings, composed of a combination of theoretical and practical resources, will allow you to discover the software interface as well as the main functionalities of each of the modules in order to ensure a complete understanding and effective application of the system. Please note that these trainings are generic and that some of your internal processes may be different to better meet your specific needs.

At each stage, you will be able to test your level of learning by answering a short quiz (confidential and optional). For those who wish, such as super users, official SAP certification exams are also available.
