THE ROLE
The ERP Sales Consultant will be responsible, in collaboration with the Marketing team, for generating, qualifying, and closing various sales opportunities for N’ware Technologies’ ERP SAP Business One, LISA WMS, and other technological solutions, within the United Kingdom territory.
FULL SALES CYCLE
The ERP Sales Consultant will qualify sales opportunities by assessing client needs to Ensure the long-term relationship of the client with N’ware Technologies and its various solutions. The ERP Sales Consultant will be responsible for evaluating various internal processes and issues raised by the client within different departments of the company to precisely target the client’s needs and propose the most suitable solutions.
In collaboration with the sales and presales teams, the ERP Sales Consultant will be responsible for creating personalized and innovative presentations/demos for each potential client and presenting the selected solutions to the client’s stakeholders (CEO, CFO, COO, etc.).
They will conduct various in-person and/or virtual meetings with the client throughout the sales process and ensure client follow-up by applying the sales methodology proposed by N’ware and the VP Sales Manager, as well as preparing, presenting, and negotiating the sales contract.
Finally, the ERP Sales Consultant will be responsible for transferring information and providing the necessary documentation to the implementation team.
MARKETING AND SAP EVENTS
Among other responsibilities, the ERP Sales Consultant will be tasked with developing the best sales strategies for the UK market and promoting N’ware Technologies and its various solutions to manufacturing and distribution clients through various methods.
THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR THE POSITION
PRODUCT AND TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS KNOWLEDGE
Deeply understand N’ware Technologies’ ERP SAP Business One, WMS, and other technological solutions to effectively present them to clients.
SALES STRATEGY
Develop effective sales strategies for the UK market, specifically to manufacturing and distribution clients.
PROSPECTING
Utilize methods such as cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and participation in promotional events to generate new sales opportunities.
CLIENT NEEDS ANALYSIS
Evaluate the needs of potential clients based on various criteria such as company size, nature of needs, specific industry requirements, etc.
COMMUNICATION
Communicate effectively with client stakeholders, including top executives (CEO, CFO, COO), by creating personalized presentations/demos and conducting meetings.
NEGOTIATION
Conduct negotiations related to sales contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
CLIENT FOLLOW-UP
Ensure continuous client follow-up throughout the sales process, applying a defined sales methodology.
INFORMATION TRANSFER
Facilitate communication and information transfer between the sales team and the implementation team to ensure successful solution implementation.
COLLABORATION
Work closely with the Marketing team, Presales team, VP Sales Manager, and CEO to achieve the company’s sales objectives.
