Project Manager

Role:

The Project Manager, with the help of the Managing Director, coordinates and supervises the activities relating to the systems’ implementation at the customers. In addition, he/she oversees and participates in the development, updating and validation of a coherent set of documents ensuring a process that respects the quality of operations.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Project Management

  • Call clients for weekly project review which includes project status updates (task, status and budget review), PM point of contact for Customer and follow-up on the work performed and plan actions to correct course as needed
  • Review project with Architect/Analyst, technical specialist, programmer team leader, and others as needed (at minimum bi-weekly)
  • Generate weekly report for Director/Senior Team which includes weekly review with Director on current status of all projects. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project(s)
  • Maintain Project systems (Internal/External) such as Time Tracker (project setup/hours reporting, module management, ticket/change request management and outsource partner follow-ups and time entries) and Teamwork (client interface)
  • Manage detailed Project Plan with internal team and Customers
  • Track tasks (Internal/External) which includes third party partner scheduling and follow-up with head of development department to get status on deliverables for projects
  • Update documentation review continuous improvement to process and enforce and follow N’ware methodology at all times or propose and implement new solutions to improve productivity within projects
  • Participates in the implementation of processes, techniques, equipment, and new technologies
  • Suggests changes to method or work tools as required

Coordination

  • Assist in assigning projects to analysts and product specialists as well as other stakeholders
  • Accompanies resources in the application of the methodologies and ensures their understanding and application
  • Ensures that weekly customer follow-ups are actually done properly and verbally while confirming in writing the status post discussion (project status, task to do, approval and budget review)
  • Coordinates and helps to prioritize the activities of the various stakeholders in the project: analysts, programmers, specialists, etc.
  • Issues reports to management on the achievement of objectives in terms of quality, quantity, time, and costs

Job Requirements

  • Training: Bachelor’s degree in administration or computer management
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in project management
  • Others training or knowledge: PMP
  • Linguistic Knowledge: Excellent English
  • Computer Knowledge: MS Project or other project management tools
